Re-Branding

Metro92, formerly known as "The Trolley Barn" is a historic building on the Yonkers waterfront which was converted into loft-style apartments. Keying off of the building's rail road heritage, we created a new name, identity, website and collateral material which lead to the renting of all 40 units within six months.
