Objective
IES provides air quality services to consumers, facility managers and property managers, and businesses of all sizes. They were perceived in their industry as a "mom and pop" operation and needed to raise their profile and industry standing in order to attract larger accounts, particularly in Manhattan.

• Designed a web site that keyed off their existing logo, created content areas aimed at their four core target markets
• Created a section with information about indoor environmental issues and links to the EPA and other sites with information so that IES could also be viewed as an industry resource.
• Supported the web site with a post card series also aimed at the target market, leveraging the web site graphics.
Key Results
• The site gave IES instant credibility. It was able to aggressively promote itself with many RFP's requested solely on web contact. It also gave the company the ability to take advantage of several PR opportunities, like Asthma Week.
